Architecture
New builds and additions, designed from the site outward. We consider orientation, structure, and light together from the earliest sketches, rather than layering interiors onto a fixed shell afterward.

Renovation
Reworking what's already there. Most renovation projects start with a layout that no longer fits how a home or business actually functions — we fix the bones first, then the finishes.

Do you work outside your local area?
Yes — for architecture and larger renovation projects, we regularly work with clients further afield, with site visits scheduled around key project stages.
How is pricing structured?
Interiors and renovation projects are typically quoted as a fixed fee based on scope; architecture projects are usually a percentage of construction cost. Exact numbers are discussed after the first consultation.
Can you work with our existing contractor?
Yes. We're happy to design and coordinate with a contractor you've already chosen, or recommend one from our regular network if you'd prefer.
